I also believe turning off the cloud sync completely fixed it(and honestly I'm going to leave it off. So, it either took much longer than estimated or the log out log in trick finalized it. I've read that the saves can take up to 24 hours to be removed but it had been at least 72 hours with no results until I did the prior steps. Just sync your library or manually add the executable and youre good to go. Doesnt matter if its EGS, Uplay, Origin, Xbox Game Pass, etc. Besides, GOG Galaxy 2.0 is a very nice launcher despite being in its infancy. After that when I went back into the game I still had two cloud saves showing from my most recent saves but the one in particular I was trying to get rid of was gone. 2077 is CDPRs creation and they deserve the money for it. That should take a few minutes and then the game. Delete everything from inside the cache folder Open Steam, right-click on Cyberpunk 2077 > properties > local files > Verify Integrity of Game files. This has resulted in at least some players being unable to finish downloading Cyberpunk 2077’s day one patch or sync up with GOG’s cloud. To be more specific, it removed it self once I went back into CyberPunk 2077 since I had deleted it locally. Update: So with the cloud sync completely turned off from the settings>game features> and then unchecking "Cloud saves" I was able to remove the cloud save.
